Place. system/datatypes/peer_reviewed_article.php, sendStatusChangeMail() (main a019475): art-status-update-subject and art-status-update-body get $newStatus, which is the key approved, published or retracted.
Evidence. On a Dutch test site, the third approval sends every member:
Subject: Proefsite Eemstad: Status 'approved' voor 'Café aan de Eem: één proef van de mail'
The texts art-status-approved ("goedgekeurd") and the others exist in nl.php and en.php, but the mail does not use them.
Fix. __('art-status-' . $newStatus) for the status in the subject and the body.
Found by a mail test over SMTP for the Markdown editor (#520). Tested on main (a019475) on PHP 8.2 and 8.5.
