After the class-semantics fix (fix/classsem: #12210 #12211 #12202 #12396), fastify's .text grows +86 KB (+0.19%) and tsc's +45 KB, while most programs grow about +4.6 KB (the fixed runtime and codegen paths). The per-class growth isn't attributed. Likely per-class birth-shape and name data over many classes. Measure bytes per class site and shrink to the inline-size rule (a few KB per program). Instructions are flat on all programs.
