説明
As will be seen in a few problem reports for PoB, such as https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues/4179, PoB doesn't suit a vision impaired setting of 150% scaling (probably of 1920x1080) or laptops from some countries in the world (Brazil was mentioned in some problem reports) having a maximum of 1360x768.
Screen shot is the bottom of PoB at 150% scaling.
Can the minimum height be lowered to 600.
This if "Windowed" Mode only. I note PoB works well in "Maximized" mode at these resolutions, so this change may not be needed.
