ö、ä、ü などの文字を含むユーザー名またはフォルダー名を使用して Windows インストーラーの失敗を再現し、その後、インストーラーのエントリーポイントとファイル処理のパスを調査します。パスにウムラウトが含まれている場合でも、インストーラーが正常に完了してアプリをインストールできれば完了です。

The installer crashes. Since the last name is displayed scrambled I assume it is, because the file handling does not support utf-8. The lastname is Lütje.
How to reproduce the issue
I assume choose a folder name with öäü in it.
