Start by checking which post-0.3.34 Windows commits are on the develop branch and whether the threadpoolctl test suite still crashes against them. Done means a maintainer decides whether to cut a release or whether the crash needs its own investigation.

The threadpoolctl test suite is seeing continuous crashes on Windows (https://github.com/joblib/threadpoolctl/issues/261) when using OpenBLAS from multiple threads.

It's quite possible that this is already fixed, just not released, since you merged some Windows fixes post 0.3.34. In which case a release would fix it.

And if it doesn't fix the crashes, that means it's an unknown crashing bug and we could investigate further.
