[Bug] Wrangler deployment fails due to unresolved "safer-buffer" dependency in iconv-lite

まず、デプロイレポートに記載された依存関係の宣言とWranglerの設定を確認し、pnpm run deploy の実行時に iconv-lite がどのように含まれるかを追跡してください。pnpm install の後に pnpm run deploy を実行して再現し、safer-buffer が不足しているのか、Wranglerのエイリアスが必要なのかを調べてください。デプロイバンドルが依存関係を解決し、Wranglerが報告されたビルドエラーを越えて処理を進めれば完了です。

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone the OpenList-Worker repository.
2. Install dependencies using pnpm install.
3. Run the deployment command: pnpm run deploy.

Expected result:
The project should bundle successfully and deploy to Cloudflare Workers without errors.

Actual behavior:
The build process fails during the npx wrangler deploy step. Wrangler reports multiple errors stating it cannot resolve the safer-buffer module, which is a dependency of iconv-lite. The error message suggests adding an alias to the Wrangler configuration, but the current project config does not include this fix.
