Hi @sailaoda,
XAgent's autonomous tasks can produce decisions and findings that would be useful in a later run, but execution traces and tool output should not automatically become long-term memory. Could an optional Memcode adapter let users explicitly preserve selected project facts across tasks?
The first version could use XAgent's existing extension point, keep identity and project boundaries explicit, and fail open so a memory outage never blocks normal execution. No credentials, raw traces, or full histories would be sent by default.
Is this a direction the maintainers would consider? I would be glad to send a small PR with tests and setup docs.
