Describe the bug
The Surface_Laptop_7th_Edition_With_Intel_For_Business_2108 has an updated driver url and the old url gives an 404 error.

To Reproduce
Deploy an Surface7 upone downloading the drivers you get error:

VERBOSE: Requesing HTTP HEAD to get Content-Length and Accept-Ranges header

Expected behavior
Update the url: https://download.microsoft.com/download/1543bd80-9cae-498d-8b0f-9841e4d7b2a8/SurfaceLaptop7withIntel_Win11_22631_26.022.24632.0.msi
