Start from the Invoke-OSDCloudIPU command in the OSD module and follow where it starts the BITS transfer of the ESD file from the provided URL. Reproducing the failure needs a Windows 10 machine with BITS available, and the reporter's screenshot is not visible in the payload. Done means the ESD downloads and the upgrade proceeds, or the failing BITS call is identified and handled with a clear error.

Additional context
Downloading the ESD from the provided URL and putting it in the folder manually resolves the problem and a subsequent run does not have issues because it detects the existing media
