Start with the osdcloud-InstallWinGet function, which is meant to upgrade Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller during OOBE, and the sandbox.osdcloud.com bootstrap that runs it. The error text appears only in the screenshot, so reproduce it on a Windows 24H2 VM before changing anything. Done means the function completes the upgrade in that OOBE run without the reported error.

During the OOBE Setup run powershell iex (irm sandbox.osdcloud.com)
Expected behavior
osdcloud-InstallWinGet funtion to upgrade Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller
