K-space values in List function

The payload does not name the file that holds the Python List function, so start by searching the repository for it. Run it on the same record as the C output (2014-06-07, 11:44, SZA 25.4) and compare the Kt, Kn and Kd values. Done when the Python values match the C fractional values to three decimal places, and the field order matches the C version if you choose to change it.

説明
The K-space values in the List record appear to be truncated (the C version below lists the fractional K-space to three decimal places (same record as above). The Python version should conform to the fractional representation rather than integer. The Python version also changes the order of the fields -- I suppose the order is not too important.
