Describe the problem
Upon successfully importing a feed, we reach out to the contributor to notify them. This involves looking up the contributor in Firebase and writing an email to notify them.
Proposed solution
We can add a hook or a step after the feed submission that will integrate with Brevo or whichever email service we use. Pending the migration from Firebase, we can then automatically email the user notifying them of their completed submission.
We can consider if and how this integrates with the upcoming Notification Service after the MVP.
