Current State

The Android decisions (runtime, Vulkan 1.3, API 33, own surface host, KTX2, in-place content, toolchain, Dev Player, testing) live in a local plan. Future contributors need the reasons, especially the explicit exclusion of devices that launched before Android 13.

Tasks

  • Write ADR-0xx-android-platform.md following the ADR README conventions
  • Record all nine decisions, the deviations, the device exclusion and the delivery rule
