Start in Fanstatic/Helpers/SiteHelper.cs at the fixed UseAdvancedExtensions() pipeline, then inspect how fanstatic.yaml is read and the tests in Fanstatic.Test/. Use .TestSites/ to verify that disabling emojis leaves :smile: as text and that default output is unchanged; also test invalid names and document supported extensions. Run ./build.sh test and meet the stated coverage and CRAP thresholds.

Part of the Phase 3 epic (#33).
Current State
The Markdig pipeline is fixed to UseAdvancedExtensions() (Fanstatic/Helpers/SiteHelper.cs:18-20) for every
site.
Tasks:

Markdown:section infanstatic.yaml, e.g.
Markdown: { Extensions: [pipetables, footnotes, emojis, tasklists, autoidentifiers, smartypants] };
default = today's advanced set - Build the pipeline once per site from the config (needed by the render hooks issues too)
- Unknown extension name: error listing the valid names
- Docs page listing the supported names
Tests live in Fanstatic.Test/ (xUnit + NSubstitute); fixture sites in .TestSites/. Run ./build.sh test; new/changed methods need CRAP ≤ 15 and ≥ 75 % line coverage.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Disabling
emojisleaves:smile:as text on a fixture site; default output unchanged.
