SIGSEGV terminating launch

The log shows Sunshine crashing with SIGSEGV right after selecting the vulkan encoder for KMS capture, on an Intel i915 GPU with a vkms card0 present. Start from the log lines around 'Creating encoder [h264_vulkan]' and the KMS monitor and encoder selection code in the capture path. Reproducing needs the same Intel Wayland KMS setup, so a newcomer would first need to confirm the crash locally. Done means the process no longer crashes when the vulkan encoder initializes on this hardware.

Whenever I try to launch Sunshine, it just doesn't launch.

This is from the CachyOS repo build of Sunshine, but I tried it with the pre-release and it threw the same thing at the same point.

Obviously I couldn't get logs from the web-ui, so I hope my terminal output will do.
