調査の方向性

The report names Linkstapel.de and linkstack.org and describes Cloudflare connection timeouts, but does not identify an application file, test, or infrastructure entry point. Start by checking whether the sites are still unavailable and look for deployment or hosting details in the repository. Done would mean the cause and a concrete fix are identified; the issue does not provide enough information to determine those.

What is happening that this is happing this often and for more than a day at a time? What can we as the community do to help? Is there a status page or channel?
