Describe the bug
The make step in the compilation instructions fails with the following error:
xml_writer.c:332:9: error: ISO C90 forbids mixed declarations and code [-Werror=declaration-after-statement] 332 | int retry_count = 0; | ^~~
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- While running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20260209 clone the repository
- Install all dependencies
- run make after running both autoconf.sh and config
Expected behavior
make should successfully build the binaries
