Description:
The notification tests exercise the frontend toggle; no backend tests import NotificationService. Failure isolation across push/Telegram/Discord and 404/410 subscription removal have no regression coverage.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Mock delivery transports and verify one rejected channel does not prevent attempts on the other configured channels.
- Verify push 404/410 deletes the expired endpoint, transient failures retain it, and absent VAPID configuration prevents push delivery.
Notes:
Searched backend/tests and frontend test files: existing notification tests cover the frontend toggle, with no NotificationService import.
