Start by reproducing on Windows 10 with a CHM file added to the app and check which target formats are enabled for it, then find where the converter decides which targets are available for an input type. The issue is unclear on whether CHM input should be supported at all, so the first step is to confirm the expected behaviour with the maintainer. Done means either the DOCX and PDF options become selectable for CHM, or the issue is closed as unsupported.
