Context
Suggested by and assigned to @the-coder-aadi. The task form allows due dates in the past, and it should keep allowing them: editing an overdue task has to work, and past dates are useful (see the discussion in #70). But a past date picked by accident is easy to miss. A small, non-blocking hint in the form helps users notice it before saving.
Please start this after "Due dates (3/3): highlight overdue tasks" (#70) is merged, so you can reuse its date helpers.

Acceptance criteria
- When the chosen due date is before today (in the user's timezone), a short hint shows under the field: "This date is in the past." It's a hint, not an error: the task can still be saved.
- When editing a task, the hint only shows if the date was changed to a past date. Opening an already overdue task to edit its title shows no hint.
- The field points to the hint with
aria-describedby, so screen readers read it too. - It uses the same date comparison as #70, so the hint and the Overdue badge always agree.
How to test
- New task: pick yesterday, and the hint shows. Pick today or later, and it's gone. Save with yesterday: it works, and the card shows Overdue.
- Edit an overdue task without touching the date: no hint. Change the date to another past date: the hint shows.
