説明
The sub-transaction builder duplicates transaction-body construction and input reading from the top-level builder. The review of PR #1453 identified roughly 50 shared lines between constructSubTx and constructTxBodyContent, plus roughly 35 shared lines between the read blocks in runSubTransactionBuildRawCmd and runTransactionBuildRawCmd. New shared fields and fixes currently require changes in both paths.
Extract shared body preparation and setters into a small, purpose-named module, and reuse the common input-reading logic where appropriate. Keep transaction-level-specific behavior in the respective constructors, including top-level fee/collateral handling and sub-transaction guard handling and Plutus V4 validation.
Preserve CLI behavior, validation, witness construction, and serialized output. Retain coverage for both top-level and sub-transaction builders, including their differing restrictions.
