Found while working on the small batch (branch small-batch-0929). Strict mode has been the default since #1397 (#1361), but the gfx paragraph in docs/BUILTINS.md still describes the strict behaviour as happening "under EIGS_STRICT=1", and the soft behaviour as "with the flag off".

Done when

  • The paragraph describes the strict behaviour as the default and the soft behaviour as EIGS_STRICT=0.
  • git grep -n "EIGS_STRICT=1" -- docs README.md returns no line that describes strict as opt-in.
