Follow-up to #1347 / #1348. tools/section_plan.sh --changed maps a changed path to suite sections by the names the runner, the test scripts and the tools/ gates use for it. Ten blind-critic rounds on #1348 closed every class found. Round 10 measured the remaining miss rate at 1 of 339 non-merge commits in 60 days, and that one was a comment edit. These residuals are known and not handled:
[80]Formatter round-trips everytests/,lib/andexamples/*.eigsfile but is never selected by edits to them. Two critics tried about 45 constructs and could not make it go red from a non-src edit. Either show it can catch one, or accept it as CI-only.[54]Example Smoke Tests names examples by stem (run_example "hello"). A stem lookup forexamples/selected 64 chunks, so it was not added. No listed example changed in 60 days.Makefileedits select[137]and[69], which build ASan binaries: about 7 minutes locally, measured. Those edits are also reported asruntime.- The structural fix for the whole class is an observed file-to-section map. Record which tracked files each section opens during a CI full run, and select from that. It would replace the name heuristics.
