Start in desktop/src/i18n/ to see how the t('namespace.key') keys and the zh/en locale JSON files are organised, then grep desktop/src/components/settings/ and desktop/src/pages/ for Chinese characters and long English literals inside JSX. Done when each literal is replaced by a key present in both the zh and en locale files and the UI renders the same text in both languages. The optional CI grep for new Chinese characters in .tsx files is not required for completion.

Background
DreamCoder ships with full zh/en bilingual support via desktop/src/i18n/. However, a handful of hardcoded Chinese / long English strings still live inside components (especially under desktop/src/components/settings/ and a few page-level files). Migrating them is a great first task to learn the codebase.
ProviderOnboarding was already migrated in #59 — use it as a reference.
