説明

On the 9.5.1 Debian packages, one run of tests/containers/central_server_test.py failed the control check "central: bob's own subscriber gets bob's message (control)": the subscriber received only alice's ecce_machreg_changed messages. The rerun on the same packages passed 128/128, as did a local build of the same source earlier the same day. All isolation checks passed in both runs, so this is the test's timing (the subscriber probably not yet subscribed when bob's message is sent), not the broker's access control. The control should wait for the subscription (e.g. a retained probe or a SUBACK-confirmed subscriber) before publishing.
