Seen on 9.2.2, Windows 11, Dell OptiPlex 7070 (university-managed, large display; scale not yet known). On a managed Latitude 7410 at 100 % scale ECCE looks and works fine, so scaling and the managed setup are both candidates.
Launching ECCE-QM water on localhost: the Launcher is Not Responding for about two minutes at 'Verifying remote directory...', then the job is submitted. While the job runs, the Organizer and the Tail window hang whenever results are read; Alt+L opened the Launcher, which closed at once and would not open again. A delay that ends in success suggests a timeout (process start slowed by security software in %LOCALAPPDATA%, or a name lookup). packaging/windows/ecce-report.ps1 (no admin) measures both.
