Problem description
Latest build is using python 3.13.15, but the libraries in bin/lib seem to be out of sync. They are referring to RAND_pseudo_bytes, which I believe is deprecated as of python 3.12 and it is causing issues.
I noticed it when I went into addon manager and it came up with a dependency error. Missing networkx. When I click resolve, it errors.

Steps to reproduce
Go to tools | addon manager. Click update (if updates exist), dependency comes up for networkx. Click yes to update and error ensues.

I could update the dependencies

I can't use https to download anything from within Freecad
