The payload names no files, so start by searching the Kotlin sources for where the missed call notification is built and where a caller's contact is looked up by number. Check whether a contact photo is already loaded elsewhere in the app, such as for the call screen, and reuse that path. Done means a missed call notification shows the contact picture, and falls back cleanly when the contact has no photo. Confirm by triggering a missed call on a device or emulator with a saved contact.

Feature description
Any chance we can get missed call icon to show the contact picture in the notification? Would be helpful, and would match the Messages notification for new voicemails (which DOES show the contact picture). Cheers
