Three places where the binary's own output carries an em dash, found while running the install pages:

  • crates/app/src/manage_http.rs:293: Warning: No console password set — this user cannot log into the management console.
  • crates/storage-postgres/src/migrations.rs:36,315,357 and crates/storage-cassandra/src/migrations.rs:98,121: {filename} — already applied, skipping.

The project's prose and output use a comma, colon or semicolon in these positions. The init admin-credentials box also has its Username: admin line one column wider than the others, so the right border does not line up:

Both are output-only changes with no behavior change; the first-requests and install pages quote the surrounding output.
