MARBL_diags_to_diag_table.py の、フィールドを native stream に追加する vert_grid の処理から始め、次に combine_medium_native_z() と既存の native field の処理を調べます。酸素を含め、MARBL tracer に必要な常に native であるフィールドを定義し、combined medium および medium_native_z の出力に、native vertical coordinates を持つ酸素が含まれることを確認します。

in MARBL_diags_to_diag_table.py, adding a check for whether varname is in a list of fields always added to the native stream. I think this is all it will take, as the combine_medium_native_z() function will combine medium [2D] and medium_native_z [3D with native vertical] correctly, including h and volcello because of the presence of 3D fields
