説明
As we are looking into some conservation issues in CESM3, it looks like it might be related to the over application of smb on small ice amounts that disappear and reappear (flicker). More information in this issue: Missing ablation: CISM melts less ice than CTSM does
If we are correct, I will need to add some new functionality and a new cism tag to the wrapper to support the new calculations in the coupler.
