The payload names no files, so start by finding the EasyBuild configuration settings that EESSI overrides from its defaults, using the EESSI installation docs and the repository's existing pages. Group the non-default settings and write a short page explaining the reason for each group, linking to the relevant EasyBuild documentation. Done means every non-default group has a documented rationale that a maintainer accepts. Get the rationale from a maintainer first, because the issue gives none.
