[BUG] (Enter your description here) Can't update WinGet with Uniget

Start with the WinGet operation entries in the supplied log, especially the updates for Microsoft.GameInput, Microsoft.VisualStudioCode, and Microsoft.WinGet.Client, and reproduce the failure with the same package IDs. Trace the WinGet manager's update path and capture the missing error or failed command; done means the affected package updates successfully or the failure is reported clearly.
