[BUG] Software Updates

まず更新一覧を再現し、21 件の利用可能な更新を示す WinGet の出力を確認して、それらのバージョンを添付された例にあるインストール済みアプリケーションのバージョンと比較します。WinGet マネージャーのログからパッケージ更新の検出経路を追跡します。すでに最新バージョンになっているアプリケーションが更新として表示されなくなれば完了です。

Describe your issue

When viewing the list of apps UniGetUI suggests need to be updated, it is finding apps which are already at their latest version. UniGetUI wanted to update 19 apps. I have not checked all but have provided a sample of two in the attachment. The screen snips depict the version from the app vs what UniGetUI is finding.

I believe I can only do this on my device since the apps installed on my device is likely to be different to someone else's PC
