説明
Describe the bug
When SSR is enabled, every SSR result (HTML page) embeds all translation keys of the current language in the TransferState (in NGX_TRANSLATE_STATE), because TranslateServerLoader stores the full parsed i18 message catalog there.
This adds 300 kB of JSON to every SSR response. Because the HTML is served with Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, this payload is never cached and is transferred again with every SSR page, although each page only uses a small fraction of the i18n keys. Crawlers that don't execute JavaScript don't need it at all.
To Reproduce
- run the DSpace Angular UI with SSR enabled
- open an item landing page (or another page that is rendered server-side) and view the page's HTML source

Expected behavior
The SSR HTML should not contain the full translation catalog. The client can load the (content-hashed, long-term cacheable) translation file assets/i18n/<lang>.<hash>.json instead.
