Describe the bug

When running ShapePipe under MPI, the following error occurs:

ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: shapepipe_run_2023-11-18_17-19-32/tmp/process_list.npy'

To reproduce this error, run the example config file:

qsub example/pbs/candide_mpi.sh

Due to other installation, package, and version problems, MPI currently only compiles and runs in the
https://github.com/martinkilbinger/shapepipe-1/tree/mpi branch.
