Reproduction steps
An issue arises when continuing a conversation: if I enter a prompt, it executes correctly; however, I cannot continue the conversation. I have to close and reopen the application, at which point the conversation automatically resumes.
Expected behavior
The conversation is expected to continue within the same session, without closing and reopening the application.
Actual behavior
Close the application and reopen it to continue.
