ファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントは指定されていません。まず、既存のユーザーリスト向け Auth0 統合と、通知に関連するエントリーポイントをすべて特定してください。この issue では、登録済みの RERUM ユーザーまたは Agents にメンテナンスやリリースについて通知することを提案しています。完了には、合意された通知システムと、それらのメッセージを送信するための定義済みの方法が必要になりますが、どちらもここでは指定されていません。

説明
In particular, "Notifications From the Developers" and/or "Notifications From the Admins" -- a way for us to notify registered RERUM users/Agents about something. Perhaps for days when RERUM is down due to error maintenance, or anticipated updates and releases. It would be nice to be able to push out a message to give people lead time before down time. I think the list of Auth0 Users is a good user list to pull, and we could hand that list to whatever Notification system we set up.
Note Auth0 does not have a mechanism for sending E-mails to "all registered Users".
