[BUG] Font file imports give MIME type: `""` (blank string)

まず importFile() のエントリーポイントと、Windows でブラウザーのインポートがファイルタイプを判定する仕組みを追跡します。Chrome で TTF のインポートを再現し、空の MIME タイプと FontAsset の作成パスを調べます。TTF ファイルが、サポートされていないファイルタイプのエラーを発生させる代わりに、使用可能な FontAsset オブジェクトを作成できれば完了です。

Describe the bug
It seems that font imports fail on Windows platforms. I have noticed that the software reports:
importFile(): Could not import file google.ttf, filetype: "" is not supported.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Click and try to import a
TTFfile using the OS and browser - See vague error (could not import FILENAME)
- Open the console
- See error
Expected behavior
A FontAsset should be created and the font should be usable.

Maybe we should add filename-based extension checks.
