既存の Positions page から始めて、position の current version がどのように読み込まれるかを追跡します。position history の範囲については Issue 612 を使用します。完了条件は、Individual Position Details page に current Position Title、Position Code、WLS Level、Last Revision Date が表示され、position history を追加しないことです。

説明

Description:
Departments should be able to view any position from the Positions page This page serves as view of a position and should display all information associated with the current version of the position.

Requirements:
Create an Individual Position Details page.
Display:
-Position Title
-Position Code
-WLS Level
-Last Revision Date

Notes:
This page displays only the current version.
Position history is implemented in Issue https://github.com/BCStudentSoftwareDevTeam/lsf/issues/612.

P.S: This sub-issue was created due to the nature of the main issues where we had to manage positions using actions like view description, edit and showing status of positions. Pull request to this sub-issue only solves the ones listed above. This sub-issue will help progress into the main issue.
