Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in and open the page with the "Create a Deadline" form (Home).
  2. Observe the footer placement.

Expected behavior

The footer appears at the bottom of the page, below the main content.

The footer is displayed beside the content, as a dark column on the right edge running the full page height.
