Hi, I am using cyclecloud Version: 8.2.1-1733 with sge / gridengine.
I tried to customize the template for GUU nodes using
[[[configuration]]]
gridengine.slot_type = gpu1K80
gridengine.slots = 1
or better context
[[nodearray gpu1K80]]
MachineType = $Gpu1K80MachineType
MaxCoreCount = $MaxGpu1K80CoreCount
# Set the number of cores to the number of GPUs for autoscaling purposes
CoreCount = 1
AdditionalClusterInitSpecs = $ExecuteClusterInitSpecs

gridengine.slot_type = gpu1K80
gridengine.slots = 1
It does look like gridengine.slots = 1 does not work. I see that new nodes have 6 slots as the number of cores
Is there a different way to set the number of slots available on a node?
