Direzione di ricerca

The issue proposes a feedback-for-credits program but does not identify files, tests, or an implementation entry point. Start by reading the project structure and discussing scope with the maintainers, including how contributions would be verified and credits issued. Done would require an agreed program design and implementation criteria; the issue does not define those yet.

Descrizione

Hi Z.ai team 👋

I use ZCode every day as my main development environment — coding, debugging, multi-provider routing setups, local model integration, the works. I know that real-world usage data and detailed feedback are exactly what makes coding agents better.

Proposal: a lightweight "feedback-for-credits" program. Active users who contribute get plan credits or a free/discounted tier. Contributors could earn them by:

  • Filing high-quality bug reports with repro steps and logs
  • Testing pre-release features and giving structured feedback
  • Sharing real-world workflow write-ups (like multi-provider router setups)

Plenty of AI companies run similar programs (usage-based feedback → credits). I'd sign up day one — and I suspect many daily ZCode users would too.

Happy to help shape what this could look like. Thanks for building ZCode — it's genuinely a great tool.
