The "An error occurred" footer in post search sits under the sensor housing in iPhone landscape: the message starts at the left screen edge and the Retry button runs to the right one.

What happens

PagingFooterView pins its error row to its own edges, with a 16 pt left indent and nothing on the right. It never follows the safe area, so in landscape both ends fall inside the 62 pt side insets.

Where it shows

  • Post search (PostSearchViewController) — reproduced.
  • Blaze campaigns (BlazeCampaignsViewController) uses the same error footer, so it is very likely affected too. Not checked: it needs a WordPress.com site.
  • The Reader streams use PagingFooterView only in its loading state (a centred spinner), so they're not affected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign in to a self-hosted site.
  2. Open Posts and rotate to landscape.
  3. Make the site unreachable (we stopped a local WordPress), then search for any term.

Suggested fix

Pin the error row to the footer's safeAreaLayoutGuide (keeping the 16 pt indent on the leading side), so it lines up with the list content in landscape. Found while testing #26210, which fixes the same problem in the Reader stream headers.
