Reproduce the toggle sequence on an ESP32-S3 running WLED 16.0.1, with the ESP-NOW peer list populated and a new LED change sent after re-enabling it. Compare the bundled QuickESPNow code with upstream commit 9072635bb8255638c7854b6a6682313fa1221f44; done means ESP-NOW can be toggled repeatedly without a CPU freeze.

Descrizione

bug
What happened?

Cpu freezes when toggling esp-now off and sending a new change to leds.

To Reproduce Bug
  1. start with esp-now on
  2. send a change
  3. turn esp-now off
  4. turn esp-now on (no reboot)
  5. send change (Cpu freeze here)
Expected Behavior

expect esp-now to be toggled off and on freely and not have the cpu freeze when sending change commands if peer list was populated previously

Anything else?

@blazoncek I believe pulling this commit from upstream gmag11/QuickESPNow into blazoncek/QuickESPNow would resolve the issue.
