Reproduce the scrolling and overlapping-history behavior in Wave 0.14.5 on Windows 10 using the listed steps, then trace the agent reasoning history view and its scrollbar handling. Done means the full reasoning history scrolls sequentially, recent entries remain visible, and older entries do not overlap them.

Current Behavior

It is impossible to view the agent’s recent reasoning because:
a) the scrollbar does not allow scrolling up and is limited to a single screen
b) the old history is fixed in the middle of the screen, and the recent reasoning is overwritten by it
This behavior appeared recently; it was working correctly before

Expected Behavior

I should be able to freely scroll through the entire history of the agent’s reasoning, including the most recent entries. The scrollbar should allow scrolling beyond a single screen, and the old history should not be fixed over or overlap with the new content. All entries should be displayed sequentially and should not be overwritten.
