Inspect the surviving mutants and coverage-score arithmetic in pkg/mapdiff, then review the pkg/providerjoin campaign entry point. Done means every mapdiff survivor is killed or documented and providerjoin's full-run efficacy is recorded in the baseline.

Why

The 1.0 mutation baseline (tests/mutation/baseline.json) leaves two remainders from #86:

  • 14 surviving mutants in pkg/mapdiff coverage-score arithmetic;
  • no full run over pkg/providerjoin (334 runnable mutants).

Acceptance

  • Kill or document every surviving pkg/mapdiff mutant, with tests that assert the intended arithmetic.
  • Run pkg/providerjoin in a dedicated make mutation campaign, and record its efficacy in the baseline.
