The crash is in the client face of the @volcengine/ark-managed-agents bundle, declared in the plugin's cordis.patch.yml under dsh-plugins/ark-managed-agents. Start by reading that patch file and the package's client-side entry, then reproduce by enabling only that row against DSH Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2. Done means the desktop app boots with the client face enabled, or the plugin exposes a config option to opt out of it cleanly.

Descrizione

Package: @volcengine/[email protected] (only version on npm) - code lives in dsh-plugins/ark-managed-agents of this repo.

Environment: DSH Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2 (Electron, prebuilt Web artifacts), Windows 11, profile with 11 bundles.

Symptom: with this bundle enabled, the desktop app never boots. The plugin's own cordis.patch.yml inserts two rows:

1. @volcengine/ark-managed-agents      ? package node half; serves the client face (Managed Agents settings tab)
2. @volcengine/ark-managed-agents-mcp  ? @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client (stdio) ? ma_* tools

Bisect (3 restarts, deterministic)

bundles enabled result
7 (core + 4 experimental + dsh-read-url) boots
8 (+ dsh-bookmarks) boots
9 (+ @volcengine/ark-managed-agents) does not boot

? the client face (row 1) is the cause; the MCP row is fine. Note the same bundle set boots fine under dsh --profile <test> (CLI web host), so this is desktop-shell specific.

Working workaround (verified): disable only the client row in the profile patch, keep the MCP row:

After a restart the app boots normally and all ma_* tools register and are callable (ma_dispatch_task, ma_get_status, ma_get_result, ma_get_trajectory, ma_list_agents, ma_list_artifacts, ma_download_artifacts) - verified with a live ma_list_agents call. The only loss is the settings tab.

Ask: ship a version whose client face is compatible with DSH Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2, and/or allow opting out of the client face via plugin config.
