Descrizione

Upgrade tsdown, @tsdown/css, and @tsdown/exe together from 0.23.4 to 0.23.5. This is the vp pack portion of #3338.

tsdown now uses rolldown-plugin-dts 0.29.0. The plugin switches its native runtime from yuku-parser to yuku and changes how it generates TypeScript declarations.

  • Update core bundling and the dependency upgrade script to pin the yuku version that the plugin resolves. Check that a clean install can load the native runtime.
  • Check declaration generation with explicit tsgo on TypeScript 6 and @typescript/native-preview, and with TypeScript 7.0. Check that consumers can install core without the optional tsrs peer.
  • Update the bundled version, build artifact tests, and vp pack snapshots for any intended warning changes.
