Start by locating the xbps-query command entry point and reproduce a query that matches no packages, both normally and with -v. The work is complete when the no-match case reports that no packages matched on standard error in verbose mode, while successful queries retain their existing behavior.

The current behavior of xbps-query is to simply not display any output if packages aren't found, it would be useful to receive a message to standard error stating that no packages matched the query (at least in -v[erbose] mode) to clarify that the query actually completed.
